UV varnish is a kind of transparent paint, also called UV varnish. Its function is to spray or roll on the surface of the substrate, after being irradiated by the UV lamp, it will turn from liquid to solid, and then achieve surface hardening, its scratch and scratch resistance effect, and the surface looks bright, beautiful, and round texture。

1. Apply coloring oil or toning oil (Note: Only for projects with discoloration requirements, this process is not required for ordinary projects.
2. Brush the varnish to protect the primer (if there is no process, this is the first process).
If it is to maintain the original color for varnishing, then the surface must be cleaned and the first protective primer shall be applied immediately after the material is purchased on the construction site. Primer generally also uses topcoat. The varnish finish must be treated before the wall paint is applied.
3. Clean up the dust and dirt on the surface of woodware.
4. Use sandpaper to polish the surface of the wood or wood moldings.
5. Brush the first paint on the wood.
6. After the UV varnish is dry, use the blended toner, cooked rubber powder, and double fly powder to blend the putty to cover up nail holes and tree scars to make it the same as the natural color of wood.
7. UV varnish is applied to wooden materials, such as wooden furniture, tables, chairs, doors and windows, and then use fine sandpaper to polish the rough parts of the toner. This time it is very important to polish the surface of the wood.
8. Paint on wooden materials, such as wooden furniture, doors and windows, and wooden floors.
9. After the UV varnish is dry, polish it with fine sandpaper
10. Brush the paint again (that is, add fine sandpaper to polish the paint once, and so on. If there is a special primer, change the first paint to a special primer).
11. First wipe the surface of the wood with a damp cloth, and then sand the surface with sandpaper, commonly known as water milling.
12. Paint the wood furniture and wood floor one last time.
Generally speaking, if you count the last coat of paint, you need to apply the top coat about 4 to 8 times to get a better quality effect. The more top coats, the better, but generally should not exceed 10 times.
