Q3. Will current coatings/inks work with UV LED?
A: No, The coatings/inks must be specifically to take advantage of the narrow Wavelength, Ask for your supplier for the best wavelength, we can customized the UVLED’s Wavelength.

Q4. Will the coating have the same performance as before?
A: Yes, The coatings/inks suppliers have solved this problem to ensure the same performance.

Q5: Which wavelength do I need?
A:It depends on your  UV sensitive materials.

Q6: How much the size of emitting window do I need?
A:It depends on your production machine size .

Q7: How much the Peak Irradiance do I need?
A:It depends on your  UV sensitive materials and your Production efficiency.

Q8: Can the common  emitting window and  Peak Irradiance meet my requirments?
A:Do not worry! Any size of emitting window and Peak Irradiance can be  customized .

Q9. How to proceed an order for uv led light?
A: Firstly, let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly, customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly, We arrange the production.

For saving your time, please make your inquires exactly such as the wavelength,application distance,emitting window size, max irradiance, single or double lamp, which equipment you want to use it ,ect.

Q10. Do the UV LED units need to cool down or warm up?
A: No. UV LED System can be turned on/off instantly.

Delivery Terms

1. Sample Order: 10 working days after advance payment (1-10pcs)

2. Bulk Order: 15 working days after advance payment (<500pcs)

Payment Terms

1. Sample Order: 100% before order production

2. Bulk Order: 50% deposite before production, 50% before shipment

3. Container Order:  30% deposite before production, 70% before shipment or against B/L copy

Way of Delivery

1. Sample Order: by DHL, UPS, FedEX, TNT

2. Bulk Order: by air or sea.
